1. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Karachi: 1–2 working days

• Other cities in Pakistan: 2–4 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges may vary depending on location and product size.

• Free shipping offers may apply on selected products or promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.

To confirm COD orders, a Rs. 250 advance confirmation fee is required.

• This amount is taken to confirm serious orders only
• It will be adjusted in your total order amount (final payment se deduct ho jayega)
• If order is cancelled by customer after confirmation, this fee is non-refundable
• COD orders without confirmation fee will not be processed

5. Order Tracking

Customers may contact us for order tracking details after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier service issues

• Remote area access limitations

8. Damaged Package

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• Contact us immediately

• Share parcel pictures/unboxing video for verification
