Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product is missing accessories/items

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Unboxing video may be required for claim verification

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used or physically damaged products

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund may take 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued through:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa

    • JazzCash

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer replacement/exchange for:

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items delivered

Exchange depends on stock availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
